Indy Perera MNAEA

Indy has been in the Estate Agency business for over 30 years. Starting in insurance, he then went on to become a Property Manager before venturing into other areas of Estate Agency. He has both Sales and Lettings experience. Indy started with Kenwoods in the early 90's before leaving in '94 and then returning to Kenwoods in 2000. Indy has vast knowledge of the Estate Agency business and can help with any Sales or Lettings matters.

Sandy Perera

Sandy started off in retail banking, but then started a successful property investment and development company with her husband. Thereafter, she was a freelance Estate Agent and then joined Kenwoods on a permanent basis in 2006. She has many years of experience in the property industry and can help with both Sales and Lettings.

Antonio Jansz

Antonio has been with Kenwoods for over 14 years. Previously, he had worked in the Textile industry in Sri Lanka and came to Kenwoods with no property experience, but within a short time he picked up the job and is now our longest serving Property Manager. Antonio can provide advice on any Property Management issues and up to date regulations/requirements for lettings properties.

Lucky Sumanasekera

Lucky has been with Kenwoods for over 30 years. He started working at Kenwood Travel (part of the Kenwood Group) and then joined Kenwood Estates. He prepares all the statements for the Landlords and the accounts for Kenwood Estates. Lucky has particular experience with accounting for overseas Landlords and can help with any accounting matters for Landlords.
